This page summarises Labrax Soluciones, S.L.'s commitment to personal data protection with regard to the website www.vigia360.es and the VIGÍA360 product, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data minimisation principle

VIGÍA360 and this website are governed by the principle of data minimisation: only the data strictly necessary for the purpose pursued in each case is collected. On the website, this is limited to the contact details the user voluntarily chooses to provide to request information or a demonstration.

3. Data processed by the VIGÍA360 system

When VIGÍA360 is installed in a vehicle, the client organisation (police/security forces or a private investigation agency) acts as the data controller for the footage and recordings captured during its operations, and Labrax acts as a data processor for the technology supporting that processing, under the corresponding agreement entered into pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR. The system incorporates by design:

• Recording digitally signed at source, with access traceability.
• Access to recordings restricted by role and authorised device.
• Retrieval and deletion mechanisms in line with the retention periods set by the data controller.
• Compliance with the framework applicable to video surveillance for security purposes (GDPR, LOPDGDD and, where applicable, private security sector regulations).

4. Exercising your rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to soporte@labraxsoluciones.com. Where footage is processed within the framework of an organisation using VIGÍA360, rights shall be exercised against that organisation as the data controller.

5. Supervisory authority

Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe their rights have been infringed.
